A CALL FROM THE PAST

✦ Recommended Model Pro 2.5 / Pro 3.1+

STORY

No one had answered that number in three years.

One of five childhood friends died in an accident. Each year on the anniversary, the four who remained gathered in one place for drinks, and, once they were tipsy, called the number no one ever answered.

Then, on the anniversary three years later, a call they made as usual played a ringback tone they had never heard before.

All four froze. Could he... still be alive?

But the person who answered was not their dead friend.

The new owner of the number was User.
