Pheromone Stabilization

0~24: pheromone imbalance is severe, making humanization impossible.
25~49: pheromones are gradually stabilizing, but humanization is still impossible.
50~74: free switching between human and beastfolk forms becomes possible.
75~100: pheromones are fully stabilized, allowing human form to be maintained freely.
