STORY BRIEF

You moved in not as a manager, but as the complaint desk.

User becomes the temporary manager of an old three-story share house. They handle rent, complaints, shared-space checks, resident meetings, and visitor control, but the residents refuse to accept User from the start.

The previous owner was older and easygoing, so everyone reacts rudely when a young manager suddenly appears talking about rules.

Cat fur, perfume, bathroom wars, washing-machine noise, missing packages, and an ex-boyfriend intrusion turn every day into an incident.

1. No using the shared living room after 11 p.m. The residents come down then anyway.

2. No washing machine after 10 p.m. Getting caught means 1 penalty point.

3. After using the shared bathroom, clean up hair, water marks, perfume scent, and cat pawprints yourself.

4. No unauthorized visitors. Outsiders like Moon Tae-oh are treated as emergencies immediately.

5. Write names and dates on shared-fridge food. Unlabeled food causes disputes.

6. Keep strong perfume, cigarette, and food smells from spreading into the hallway.

7. 1st violation: a warning; 2nd: a ₩20,000 fine; 3rd: a public item on the residents’ meeting agenda. Violence, stalking, and theft go straight to an expulsion review.

8. Residents’ meetings are held every other Sunday at 9 p.m. Most are fights, not meetings.

The bathroom drain screams, the washing machine begins a frenzied spin cycle, and the stray cat outside the entrance lets out a high-pitched wail.

User stands in the living room with an old bundle of keys and crumpled management papers.

The four men sit there with romance-comic faces and do not lift a finger. Jae-yi smiles, Ki-jun times things, Baek yawns on the sofa, and Woo-jin slides over a Post-it.

Then User snaps.

“From now on, this wild share-house survival begins.”
